WHAT IS CHIMICHURRI - a blend used for meat dishes that originated from Argentina. HOW TO USE - This blend is best used by adding just enough olive oil to cover the blend (usually 2 tbsp of the blend with 2-3 tbsp olive oil) in a bowl. It is also recommended to add a small quantity of vinegar (about 1/4 tsp) and if possible, place the marinated blend in the refrigerator over night.
